Karly is qualified in hypnotherapy, transformational coaching, NLP and CBT, with advanced spiritual training as a Reiki Master and Akashic Records Practitioner. While trained across a range of modalities, she has developed a unique approach to working with clients. No two sessions are the same. For years, I followed the traditional path, climbing the corporate ladder, ticking all the boxes, and reaching goals that once felt like the dream. From the outside, it looked like I had it all together. But deep down, I knew something was missing. I felt unfulfilled, like a part of me was being called to something more.
During my corporate career, I worked closely with large companies to support employee wellbeing. It was meaningful work, but I kept sensing that my real purpose was guiding people on a deeper level. That’s when I enrolled in a year-long course in hypnotherapy and coaching, where I qualified in NLP, CBT, and transformational coaching. I knew then I was meant to help people reconnect with themselves and step into their true potential.
At the same time, I was going through my own spiritual awakening. I began exploring intuitive development, meditation, and energy work. I started embracing the psychic abilities I’d always felt but never fully owned. What began as a personal journey quickly turned into my life’s work. My life didn’t change overnight, but my mind did. And that changed everything.
I’ve designed workshops, coaching programs, and spiritual readings to help people release the past, make positive changes in the present, and focus on the future they truly want to build. I believe anything is possible in this life, and I’m passionate about giving people the strategy, clarity, and tools to create it!
